Referral Process

How do I refer a friend to Brick ?

It's simple! Just fill out the official BRICK Referral Program form, and we'll take care of the rest. We'll invite your referral to book a free session with us. If they become a paying member, you will receive $50!

What qualifies as a successful referral?

A successful referral is when the friend you refer becomes a paying member of BRICK. They must maintain an active, paid account for a minimum of two months. They cannot have been a BRICK member within the previous 12 months and cannot have been referred by someone else within the last six months.

Rules and Regulations

Eligibility.

Participants must be legal residents of the United Stated and at least 18 years of age. Both the referrer and the referee should have be legal.

Program Period.

The referral program is ongoing, starting from Dec 1, 2023. BRICK reserves the right to modify, suspend, or end the program at any time.

Referral Bonus.

A $50 referral bonus will be awarded to the referrer when the referee becoming a paying member of BRICK. The bonus will be provided in a manner decided by BRICK (e.g., credit towards subscription, cash, gift card, etc.)

How to Refer.

Referrers must use the official BRICK Referral Program form/platform to be eligible. The referee must sign up using the link provided through the referral to be considered a valid referral.

Valid Referral.

A valid referral constitutes a referee who has not been a BRICK member within the previous twelve(12) months and has not been referred by someone else within the last six(6) months. The referee must maintain an active, paid Brick Los Angeles account for a minimum of two(2) months for the referral to be considered successful.

Limitations.

Bonuses will be null and void in the event of a refund or cancellation of the referee's BRICK account within the stipulated period.

Disqualifications.

BRICK reserves the right to disqualify any participants engaging in fraudulent activities or any activities deemed harmful to the program or company.

Privacy.

Personal Information collected during the referral program will be used in accordance with BRICK Privacy Policy.

Liability.

BRICK shall not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages or any loss of revenue, profits, or data arising in connection with this program.

Agreement to Terms.

Participation in the Referral Program constitutes the participant's full and unconditional agreement to these Terms and Conditions.

Amendments.

BRICK reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

Governing Law.

The program and these terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of the State of California.
